Terms and Conditions of Sale
Authorized Sales Workshop for Mercury, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, and Tohatsu

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all engines, parts, accessories, and services sold by Jasper Outboards. By purchasing from our website or physical location, the Purchaser (Buyer) acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined below.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Jasper Outboards offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on new and select refurbished outboard motors and marine equipment. This warranty includes:

Remote or in-person diagnostic support
Replacement of defective parts for up to one year from the date of delivery
Labor coverage for the first service call within 30 days of receipt (on eligible purchases)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs
Equipment used in commercial, rental, or high-performance racing applications (unless specified)
Units sold “as is” or marked otherwise in the product listing
Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or minor shipping damage
Wearable components such as spark plugs, filters, anodes, and fuel lines

Product Setup and Installation

Jasper Outboards is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or setup not performed by our authorized technicians. If installation is provided by Jasper Outboards or a certified partner, we assume no liability for incidental damage to boats, trailers, docks, or surrounding areas during delivery or installation.

Delivery & Shipping

We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on:

Payment verification and processing
Product availability
Shipping carrier delays or restrictions

Shipping Address Requirements:

Delivery address must be accessible to a large freight vehicle (18-wheeler).
Additional costs due to inaccessibility (e.g., liftgate service or redelivery) are the Buyer’s responsibility.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site can accommodate the product dimensions.
Returned shipments due to delivery refusal or inaccessible locations will be treated under the Returns and Cancellations policy.

Receiving & Inspection

Upon delivery, the Buyer must:

Unpack and inspect all items in the presence of the carrier
Note any damage on the shipping paperwork
Report any concerns to Jasper Outboards immediately

Minor cosmetic blemishes due to transit are considered normal and do not warrant return or refusal of the item.

Third-Party Fulfillment & Consignment Sales

Jasper Outboards reserves the right to fulfill certain orders through authorized third-party distributors or manufacturers. In some cases, products may be shipped directly from these sources.

Consignment items may be listed anonymously and are sold as-is, without warranty unless otherwise specified. Contacting these third-party sources directly may void any warranty or return rights.

Pricing & Quotes

All prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer updates or market fluctuations.
Written quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue.
Quotes may be adjusted based on product availability, configuration changes, shipping methods, or other modifications not included in the original quote.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders must be canceled in writing (email to info@jasperoutboards.com) within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
Approved returns or cancellations may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, plus applicable shipping and return freight costs.
Refusal to accept delivery will result in a 50% refund, minus all related shipping, handling, and storage fees.

Legal & Collection Costs

In the event of non-payment, Jasper Outboards reserves the right to recover all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees and legal expenses. Failure to pay may result in suspended service, delivery, or future purchases.
