Effective Returns and Customer Satisfaction Policy for Marine Engines and Equipment

At Jasper Outboards, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.


30-Day Return Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Delivery Inspection and Returns

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inspect the product before signing for receipt.

  • If the item arrives damaged or not as described, you may refuse delivery, and it will be returned at no cost to you, with a full refund issued including shipping.

For items delivered to a freight depot or third-party pickup location, please inspect your item within 7 days of collection. If any damage is discovered:

  • Contact Jasper Outboards immediately.

  • Provide photo evidence of the damage for evaluation.


Returns for Items Not as Described

If the item you receive does not match the product description on our website:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue. If no resolution is reached, you may return the item for a full refund.


Refund Process

To ensure a smooth refund process:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Photographic documentation of the item’s condition before return is strongly recommended.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 3 business days.

If a refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation for the decision. You will have the right to dispute or appeal the decision.
